This is my kind of video, a mid summer memory support from above the Swedish West Coast, including the original audio featuring the vario's and and the pilot's real time comments (the latter in Swedish, though ;-)

The picture was taken on the occasion of the first ever and exceedingly gratifying take off attempt from that small take off in 2004, after several years spent with a mixture of nagging doubts and high hopes. This year, I finally realized a dream almost as old as this image - to fly from the island over to the mainland.
